General Super VIP T&C

• The Super VIP Pass is not transferable.
• You need to scan your entry ticket daily to get access to the venue so please make sure to have your ticket on hand daily.
• You will be assigned a Guest relation manager who will get in touch with you to arrange the selection of your meet and greets (M&G) bookings (date and time) within 72 hours of purchasing the ticket or when the M&G details are announced. whichever comes first.
• You are entitled to 1 collectible item per selected session to be signed.
• As a VIP holder you will get the following:
• Access to all 5 days of festival
• Merch: your ticket gives you one free preselected Merch goody bag. Show your original purchase ticket at the Animenia merch store to claim your exclusive merch bag
• Parking: Super VIP parking access card to be collected at the venue from guest service box office by showing your Super VIP original ticket
• After parties: access to all afterparties at Animenia with your Super VIP pass

• Strictly no refund on any ticket
• Strictly no exchange on any ticket
• No outside food or beverage allowed.
• Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 21
• Torn or damaged wristbands will not be accepted and will not be replaced.
• No professional cameras allowed
• Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm are not allowed in the venue. There are no storage facilities at the venue.

Meet and Greet T&Cs

• This ticket grants you access to the meet and greet (M&G) with the selected artist(s) at the selected time. If you miss your slot you will not be able to attend another session.
• All items brought in for signature are subject to artist approval, artists reserve the right to refuse signing on personal items per their managerial discretion, in such cases they will instead sign a shikishi board provided by the festival. Trading card signing is prohibited.
• PSA authentication is available at the time of signing and is priced separately. PSA authentication can only be purchased on the ground within the M&G auditorium, credit card payment only.
• All attendees need a M&G ticket to get access to the sessions. Patrons 12 YO and below need to be accompanied by an adult 18 + with a valid meet and greet ticket to access the session.
• Each ticket grants 1 signature, if multiple tickets are purchased for the same session, all items will be signed at once. Limit of 3 tickets per person per session. Any additional tickets purchased will not be permitted to enter, no refunds.
• Artist will require the name of the person to add next to their signature along with today’s date.
• Artist will not stay longer than the allotted timeframe and will refuse to sign anything outside of the scheduled times
• No photos, videos or handshakes allowed with the artists
• Item resale or auctioning is strictly prohibited on festival grounds.
• This ticket is only valid for your selected day and time slot / artist, it cannot be refunded or amended.
• The M&G ticket will be scanned inside the venue at the auditorium door prior to entry to the session.
• Make sure you arrive on time, so you don't miss your slot.

• Autographs are provided at the voice actor’s and management’s discretion (e.g., name, date, language, etc.). Requests for specific wording or formats cannot be guaranteed.
• Personal requests, custom messages, and character re-enactments/performances are not permitted.
• Please do not bring gifts for the voice actors. Letters are allowed, but please hand them to the event staff in the auditorium, not directly to the voice actor.
• Festival attendees may not bring their own pen. Animenia will provide all pens for signatures.

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or above.

• Children aged 4 years and below may enter free of charge.

• People of Determination (POD) with a valid original card may enter the festival free of charge. Complimentary entry excludes access to the After Party, Meet & Greet sessions, and any paid attractions.

• There are no seats in the live stage area.

• All visitors must present a valid ticket to access the festival grounds. Tickets will be scanned at the entrance.

• No refunds will be issued for any tickets under any circumstances.

• No ticket exchanges are permitted.

• No re-entry is allowed. Each ticket permits one-time entry only.

• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

• Damaged or torn wristbands will not be accepted or replaced.

• Professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted.

• Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm are not allowed inside the venue. Please note there are no storage facilities available on site.

• Parking spaces are limited — attendees are encouraged to use public transportation.

• The event operates as a cashless venue.

• Any item which may reasonably be considered a weapon

• Glass items of any kind

• Lasers or laser pens, regardless of size

• Prohibited or illegal drugs, including any medication not in its original packaging

• Fireworks, flares, firecrackers, or any flammable materials

• Professional cameras and equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses or selfie sticks exceeding 35 mm

• Selfie sticks of any kind

• Sound amplifying devices such as loudhailers, air horns, or similar equipment

• High-visibility jackets or vests

• Foldable or collapsible chairs or seats

• Outside food or beverages, except baby food or food required for medical purposes

• Tablet or laptop computers

• Strollers (in the concert or live stage areas)

• Flags, banners, or signs of any kind

• Wireless card machines

• Musical instruments

• Unauthorized promotional materials, including flyers, stickers, samples, giveaways, or any commercial solicitation

• Public nudity or indecent exposure

• Helmets, character headgear, masks, or face shields worn with the intent to conceal identity

• Political or religious banners or clothing

Photography & Filming Notice
Please be advised that Animenia Abu Dhabi 2026 will be professionally filmed and photographed.

What this means:
Images and video footage will be captured of attractions, performances, and attendees.
These images and recordings may be used by Animenia Abu Dhabi and its partners or stakeholders (including BRAG and others) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the event.

Where your image or likeness may appear (including but not limited to):
Social Media: Posts and stories on platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and other social channels.
Printed Materials: Posters, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
Digital Channels: Websites, email newsletters, and other online promotions.
Media Distribution: Shared with media outlets and journalists.
Partner Channels: Featured in promotional materials by sponsors and collaborators.
By entering the festival grounds, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your image or likeness across all Animenia Abu Dhabi media and promotional channels.
